Jumbo Renovation Loans Not all renovation projects fall within FHA’s 203(k) or Fannie Mae's HomeStyle® parameters. For those situations that require financing that exceeds the current Fannie Mae limits (presently $359,650 for a 1 unit property), we have special loan programs. These programs follow standard Fannie Mae guidelines. As with the Fannie Mae loan, you may finance up to 95% of the “after-completed” value. Loan to values vary - please call me for details.
